The home is situated right next to the Osprey Meadows Golf Course and Pelican Trail, which provides a 1/4 mile traffic-free walk to the Tamarack Marina (not to mention miles of premier hiking/biking trails). You'll also have quick access to the Village at Tamarack and the Tamarack Express chairlift. Built in 2023, this 3,078sqft home is incredibly comfortable and modern with a smart layout for entertaining.
