"I booked this through VRBO and ended up with a full hour of a check-in disaster where the property and VRBO had some sort of miscommunication from what I gathered (couldn’t get a clear explanation of what exactly went wrong). My family and I did not end up in the room that was advertised and what I paid for through VRBO. It was 10:30pm after 3 hours of driving with two young kids and a dog, we moved into two rooms before finding one that contained the amount of bed space we needed.The property...

"The place was just as shown on pics. The only biggest issue and complaint we had was confirming our payment through VRBO. It took at least 5 phone calls before we could get this reservation confirmed. The first VRBO person said they would call me right back and never followed through. The 2nd VRBO person did call me back a day later. We were surprised that this was such a big issue that seemed so easy to resolve.
