9.8/10 Exceptional! (60 reviews)
Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations.

"As it stands, a week after booking, they have double charged us for the whole booking and are not responding either to us or to hotels.com - seems kind of like a scam to me. We paid up front with hotels.com. When my wife checked in without me she was asked for full payment - which she paid as didn't ..."
