So whilst a fantastic location and a really lovely building, the lack of maintenance is starting to show. In my ensuite, only 1 of the 3 bulbs was working and the floor tiles were lose and cracked leaving sharp edges.
there were no staff around to raise this with in the morning, so i had to leave a note on the reception desk. no body contacted me regarding the issues.
