I arrived late at the hotel, hungry and tired. Front desk, Lily and Mia helped express the check-in, appreciated. Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.
