For shared use: property 20 ha, meadow, pond, swimming pool angular fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 17.Oct.) with internal staircase. Table tennis, boccia, terrace, garden furniture. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Agen" 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 12 km, fishing possibilities 300 m. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the complex has another 2 houses for rent.
