Recently renovated in September 2024, the house is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally. A spacious and inviting three-bedroom house situated a few minutes away from the Races! Recently renovated in September 2024, the house is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally. The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a 50” Smart TV (with Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer etc). The property boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have king sized beds that can be converted into two singles upon request, and the third bedroom has a single bed. This allows for a maximum of five guests in the property, or five separate beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer as well as a washing machine with washing powder provided. The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!), or let your little ones run around in whilst you enjoy a cup of tea. There is free on-road parking outside. Please note that the property is currently being finalised and will be ready from THURSDAY 12th September. The photos on the listing are temporary and we will upload the final pictures shortly. We offer discounts on longer term stays so please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We can’t wait to host you! If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee.
