Recently renovated in September 2024, the house is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway with convenient access to the A1 or major towns such as Doncaster or Rotherham, look no further. The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer etc). Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an inviting and spacious living room which leads onto a separate dining area. The property boasts three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a super-king sized bed, and the third has a super-king sized bed that can be converted into two singles upon request. This allows for a maximum of six guests in the property, or five separate beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/ freezer as well as a washing machine with washing powder provided. The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!), or let your little ones run around in whilst you enjoy a cup of tea. There is free on-road parking outside. We offer discounts on longer term stays so please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We can’t wait to host you! If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee.
