Part of a shared 4 bedroom house, there is a fully equipped communal kitchen available for use, and access to a garden. The Space: This cosy modern en-suite room offers plenty of space and has been finished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fixtures. The room includes a comfortable single bed, made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as high speed broadband and a wall mounted smart TV. You will also have your own private en-suite bathroom, complete with a powerful shower, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is also a garden that guests can make use of. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the en-suite room, and shared access to the communal facilities for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The ideal base, set on a quiet road, its just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. You will be within easy reach of high street shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
