Enjoy a cup of coffee on the cozy screened in porch. Go down to the water’s edge and look for snail shells. Cast a line from the dock or bring your boat and cast off into the 37,000 acres of prime fishing waters in Lake Seminole. Explore the cove and river in the kayak, or just sit around the fire pit and enjoy time well spent. The house is multi-family friendly. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a tub/ shower combo, while bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a Daybed in the fourth bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa as well. The kitchen has a large dining space with an expansive bar area; perfect for couples or larger families. The Den has a new 55 inch flat screen smart TV. The house has Dish Network and wind stream internet. Kitchen is furnished with pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, mixer, blender, electric griddle, \*electric ice cream churn, bunt and cupcake pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, and your normal kitchen utensils. There are two charcoal grills. Also a boiling pot with strainer basket (can be used for steaming too) and a propane cooker. There is a covered fish cleaning station with power and lights. Power to charge the batteries on your boat is located at the end of the boat house close to the dock. The house sustained major damage during Hurricane Michael. It has been completely renovated. The flooring, furnishings, and all electronic equipment have been updated. Trail's End Resort is less than 1/2 mile away. Trail's End has a boat launch, and a restaurant, "Pops". Seminole State Park is less than 2 miles away with a sandy beach area, swimming, putt-putt golf, nature trails and great picnicking areas. The lake access for this property is convenient for fishing or recreational boating (the cove with our dock is accessible to the lake). I brought things i thought we needed but after being there i realized he had everything i brought already. Plenty of games roasting sticks, was just very well stocked with everything you need. The property is beautiful and well maintained and neighborhood was friendly. We will definitely be back in the spring to explore more fishing and staying here again. The space was great and easily accommodated everyone, with plenty of room to relax. The screen porch was a favorite spot—we loved sitting out there and taking in the peaceful surroundings without worrying about bugs. The campfire setup was another highlight, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors.There were a couple of minor issues upon arrival, such as some floorboards out of place and a few stray hairs on surfaces, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The property itself is beautiful, and we especially loved spotting wildlife around the cabin—lots of armadillos—and enjoying the stunningly clear night sky.Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay in a lovely location, and we’d definitely consider coming back. ##### Sarah S. The pictures are 100% accurate. And I loved that it is on the end lot with a very spacious yard. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. The Spanish moss in the trees is gorgeous and there are SO many dragonflies! I would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed our time at the house, catch & release fishing on the dock, watching the (small) alligators that did not bother us, exploring the area, going to Seminole State Park, a quick trip to spend the day at Florida Caverns Park and Jackson Blue Springs. The food places close by were convenient and pretty good - the only thing I was disappointed about is that the restaurants are not open 7 days a week. But a quick ride to Donalsonville or even Dollar General solved that! The decor is beautiful! The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need, from games, a fully supplied kitchen, even bedside fans in bedrooms. Our favorite spot where we spent the most time (mostly due to a rainy weekend) was the screened porch. It was spacious enough that 5 people and 2 large dogs could sit comfortably.
