The property is located in city centre close to shops, restaurants, bars and station. The hotel is very basic, we were given a room which had a wet room. It was very basic and required a renovation and the floor took ages to dry. There was plenty of hot water. Our room was not cleaned or towels changed the three nights we stayed there. However I did notice on last day there was a hook for door to make room up. I didn’t realise it was there. There are no tea/coffee facilities in room but you can make a tea/coffee at reception. The two members of reception staff were very helpful.

"This was one of the highlights of our 3 week stay in the UK. Gorgeous old house, massive room decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and gorgeous grounds. John our host was lovely and cooked us delicious breakfasts. Also lovely surrounds with a donkey across the road who loved a pat, and some cats ..."
