"It’s perfectly fine for what it was as the price I paid. Minimal staff and the laundry price changed while I was there- $3.50 to $5 a load. Changed my own bedding. The rooms was pretty dusty and no one cleaned for the 2 weeks I was there. Convenient to highways and grocery, gym. Pretty quiet. Could do with more useable outdoor spaces. Fremont ranked happiest city in the country- unless you’re black. They just stare at you. I noticed a huge stain on the mattress when I was changing the bedding, and I never slept right after that night. I dont know why people always want reviews. I’m going to tell the truth. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk who checked me in. I appreciate your spirit!"

"Everything was great except i first found a cockroach in my room by the sliding door to the balcaony. Was hoping is was a one off. Reported it. The next day i killed another one on my shower curtain and that night another one on the floor. I killed three cockroaches. Did not like my experience at all."
