The staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean, but a little dingy. The sad part is the bed REALLY messed up my neck and back. The pillows aren't great at all.

I am a silver level Bonvoy member and I really think some basic amenities should be provided in the room like water bottles, that is basic requirement, pen paper to write some notes, basic shower kit (shower caps, ear buds)
