### Cozy cottage near Dordogne

This house is located 50 meters from the owners' house, in a wooded park next to the enclosure of two goats and three sheep. The wooden chalet features a main room equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave/grill, an espresso machine, a two-burner gas hob, a toaster, and a sink. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs. A corner sofa can be converted into a 140x200 cm bed upon request. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet/dry toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a 160x200 cm bed, a desk, and reversible air conditioning. A private above-ground swimming pool is available during July and August. Parking is available on the property. An optional "Greenup" electric vehicle charging point with a sub-meter is available at a rate of €0.25/kWh. Just 12 km from Sarlat, a medieval jewel of the Périgord region, this gîte offers a privileged location in the heart of a semi-wooded landscape, a stone's throw from the Dordogne River.  
  
Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of the Dordogne Valley: castles, remarkable gardens, listed villages, and prehistoric caves.  
From Domme (2 km), a village ranked among the most beautiful in France, you'll feel as if you've stepped back in time. Perched on its cliff, this medieval bastide town offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley. Cobbled streets, fortified gates, and preserved heritage make each visit a true immersion in the history of the Périgord. Numerous outdoor activities complement this authentic and invigorating experience.
