Upon arrival you’re driven on the golf cart to the top of a rainforest. If you watch carefully you can spot sloths, monkeys, and amazing birds. Our villa was the perfect arrangement for our family and gave us a great place to relax. The master balcony had morning closeup vies if a sweet Scarlet McCaw couple. You could spot monkeys and toucans from the roof terrace. Cabana and dining area on roof were added extra. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Restaurant and especially breakfast was absolutely AMAZING as were the frozen cocktails and lunch and dinner too. Please see my review for La Luna. Pool was fun with midday frozen cocktail treats (mocktails too!). Beds and sheets were perfect for helping us rest. Went in McCaw tour and hike for breathtaking view and hotel arranged for friendly and informative tour guide, Clarence, at the MApark where he helped us photograph wildlife and told us facts and tidbits about the animals. Very enjoyable! Hotel does keep tabs on your arrivals/departures but you soon realize it so they can clean your room and make sure you cone back and don’t go MIA on a hike or tour if you venture on your own. Great stay, relaxing and welcoming. Definitely go back someday!

Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. Super friendly and really cares about making people feel welcome at the hotel. Jessica and Chef Esteban were always suggesting great food to eat at the restaurant. The free breakfast isn’t like any free breakfast I’ve had. It’s gourmet. Made with local ingredients and every morning was delicious. The grounds are lush and beautiful with wildlife running around. Incredible to see. The rooms are out of this world. We stayed in a suite which made he stay even better. Huge room with a pool and a place to lounge all from just outside of your room. All the amazing people who work here make you feel like you’re on the show white lotus. They know your name and room number so if you have any questions they call you by your first name. They make the time to have conversations with you and are outstanding doing what they each do. Namu’s app is a great resource, it works great and is informative about everything the hotel has to offer. It’s in a very walkable, safe area where we walked late at night and felt very secure. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was polite and attentive, food was delicious, and there was plenty to do there without having to leave.

The view is spectacular . Staff is kind , helpful and go above and beyond . I have stayed at this hotel 4x . The breakfast is so good ! Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants that are walkable and it’s a quick bus ride to the beach every 15 min . The hotel has shuttle service as well ! 10/10

This place is just beautiful. It’s like everything Costa Rica has to offer in one place. The staff and hotel manager are top notch. Highly recommend you bring your hiking shoes and enjoy the entire property. You will not be disappointed. This is a must see hotel.
