There were some small issues however. All but one shower heads was not working well. The rain heads were more like small waterfalls. There were no dish towels to dry dishes with and with a party of 8 people there were always dishes. The towels, in general, could use a refresh and there were several light bulbs that needed changing. The spa was not working when we arrived but the concierge, Oscar, sent someone to repair it right away. Oscar was at my beck and call and he was wonderful to deal with! You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to this property! There is security which is great but the driveway is incredibly steep!!
