"This is a really nice place to stay. Located in a small village close to nature with a lovely riel overlooking the river.
A nice change from my normal stays at the normal hotel chains.

No restaurant but plenty of tables to eat outside with your own picnic with plates and cutlery available free to use
Some lovely walks around the area. And a pool to use.
The hostess cannot be more helpful and the breakfast was a treat.

"The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
"Absolutely couldn't wish for a better place to relax and recharge our 'parent' batteries. Beautiful place with a great and friendly service. Completely tranquil and romantic. Really enjoyed our stroll throught the vineyards and around the estate with while playing a fun game of quiz. Thoroughly recommend this place, in parcular to couples. "

"Comfortable and adequate for the price. A welcoming and efficient hostess / proprietor. Very pretty, beautifully-tended garden, and quiet place with privacy and seclusion, but with easy access by car to local amenities. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Would have appreciated a more modern coffee machine. But we had a very contented stay."
