"The house was everything we had hoped for to celebrate our Golden Wedding and our granddaughters first birthday with members of our family. Communication with Phil, the owner, was easy and any questions were answered and dealt with straight away. Ten adults and one baby filled the bedrooms but there was plenty of space to relax together or apart! A fantastic holiday for us all."

"Excellent property and Emilie was great with Comms. The property is really well equipped, clean, tidy, and ideal for families. The location is great, secluded and great for star gazing. Close to the D11 and Montady village but no no road noise and walkable into Montady via a path. Overall really impressed and would book again!"

"We all had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa which had everything you could a want. Chantal was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with information.The weather was so hot so the air conditioning throughout the villa was a boon! Lovely pool and garden and easy access to Béziers and Canal du Midi.Would absolutely recommend "

"Very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Beds are in bad shape with stains and uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and unclean. Musky smell in the units and poor airflow so they get very hot during the day. Mosquitos at night are severe. Avoid staying here at all costs."
