Superbe maison neuve au calme se composant d'une pièce de vie lumineuse avec coin salon/salle à manger avec cuisine entièrement équipée et aménagée ( réfrigérateur et sa partie congélateur, micro-ondes, four électrique, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, cafetière,bouilloire), d'une première chambre avec deux couchages (160) et d'un dressing, d'une seconde chambre deux couchages ( 90) pouvant être joint,  
 d'un WC indépendant, d'une salle d'eau avec douche italienne et sèche-serviette,  
 d'un cellier avec lave-linge et d'un garage.  
A l'extérieur, jardin clos avec terrasse, mobilier de jardin, parasol, plancha. 2 places de stationnements devant la propriété.
