Quiet facing a forest, it is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and its summer markets, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes by bike (20-25 min by foot) from the ocean side beaches. But also near a large supermarket where you can order while driving. The single storey house is composed of a large living room of 50m² with fully equipped open kitchen, a separate veranda living room of 25m² and a utility room / utility room. To sleep, 5 bedrooms: 2 with 140x200 bed, 1 with 160x200 bed, 1 with 2 80x200 beds, 1 dormitory with 4 80x200 beds, 1 shower room with toilet and double sinks, another shower with toilet. Adjoining the dormitory is a "dressing room". Outside you will find a large 700m² garden. Everything is planned to rest (deckchairs, armchairs, camp beds, hammock) under a shaded terrace or in the sun, play ping pong ... Of course 2 large tables and chairs are provided to share your meals. Wi-Fi connection available, but also board games to disconnect! You can use our bikes (different sizes) or rent them nearby.
