"Zwembad was heerlijk. Appartement was voor vier personen matig uitgerust. Bv geen waterkoker, geen fatsoenlijke glazen, kleine perculator etc. Het is één grote ruimte met wat muren die niet tot aan het plafond reiken. Je hoort dus alles van elkaar. Waterdruk in de avond slecht omdat de tuin werd gesproeid. Wel vriendelijke mensen én honden. In de avond na 21.00 u konden we het appartement niet in omdat de binnenkant was vergrendeld. De huur vh appartement vonden we te hoog voor wat wij...

"Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."

"Beautiful rooms, with views. Great choices for the included breakfast. You can walk to town for dinner on the lighted path behind the hotel. And every staff member was a gem. We highly recommend Hotel Serena!"

"This is a lovely, cute hotel in the center of Cortina. The staff were kind and accommodating and the rooms were very clean and lovely. The restaurant (for dinner) is only open in the winter time I believe. The breakfast was delicious and generous and the breakfast staff were courteous and attentive. I imagine the bar and lobby area (very fun, chic decor) are more lively during ski season, but we still enojoyed a beautiful glass of champagne in the cozy bar."

"An incredible incredible location, very comfortable, and absolutely fantastic staff. The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful answering questions and setting my husband and I up with a private taxi to get where we needed to be last minute. Everything about our stay here was great and we had nothing but good things to say. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future."
