Clean rooms, a fresh and delicious breakfast, a perfect location, and kind and helpful staff. Everything was great, as always! Whenever I visit Brindisi on a business trip, I always stay at Hotel Orientale, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended!

Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much.
Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide.
I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle.
Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate.
