"We had a fantastic time in this beautiful Colonge location. The pool, landscaping and views were absolutely perfect! The house featured all we needed to enjoy a coffee on the terrace in the morning, and a nice kitchen and dining space for dinners in. It was HOT, the fans did help but it was difficult to cool down as having the windows open welcomed lots of mosquitoes in the evenings. We traveled with our elderly father in law, who took some time to adjust to the stair situation. The restrooms were located on the lower level only, but we made it work. Excellent communication with the owner when we had questions. It was a very memorable stay. "

"Had a wonderful stay in this villa near the top of a small mountain. Surrounding mountain and sea views are stunning. Charming hosts, in person check in/ check out. Property has 2 separate units which are about the same size, with different layouts. Main house: one level, kitchen (fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) living, dining, main bedroom, small bedroom (trundle bed), and bathroom (w/tub) in hallway. The tower next to it has a living area with kitchenette on the ground floor (kettle, small grill oven, mini fridge, no sink). Next floor is a bedroom with bathroom (bathtub) en suite. Top floor has a bedroom (no bathroom). Mattresses: main bedroom (king, firm), small bedroom has two twin mattresses (soft), the tower has two queen mattresses (firm). There are pillows, bed covers and very soft and warm mohair blankets (bring your own linens, towels and bathmats). Space heaters make rooms cozy in evenings. Accessibility: From parking area, to enter main house, walk 2 steps up or a small ramp to terrace (no hand rails), then 3-4 steps up to front or back door (no hand rails). For tower, no steps to enter. Inside, very steep steps with hand rails. Tubs in both units don't have hand rails. Pool is very well maintained. There is a clothes washing machine and ample clothes line for drying. A quiet peaceful area with no immediate neighbors, in the middle of forest and nature. The sunrise and sunsets, and stars at night are spectacular! "

"We so enjoyed our time in this villa - the whole layout worked really well for our mixture of adults and children - we could even put the early riser and Mum upstairs and the rest downstairs! Well equipped kitchen. Very comfy sofas. Great outside spaces. Very clean. Only improvements could be two pillows on the beds and a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival just to see you through until you can get to the shops. The pool was exactly the right size and super clean. Good number of umbrellas for shade and the sail type thing over the outside table. Good number of lunge chairs. Air conditioning worked well. We loved the village of Calonge with the old castle and buildings. Friendly kind shopkeepers and restauranteurs. Good information about places to visit and beaches. We loved it all."
