Just off the main road with plenty of parking. Stayed here many times over the years. Seems tired even though I thought I had read that it was renovated recently. Perhaps that’s in public areas.

We stayed overnight in a family room while passing through the area. The room was fine, bit tired looking and on the small side for 4 people but adequate for what we needed for one night. The bathroom was very small and not as clean (hairs in shower). Parking in the garage underneath was good for security (Euro 10 extra), reception staff were friendly and helpful. Lift from garage to hotel floor.

Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable.

Seul l'espace SPA est difficile à rejoindre depuis l'hôtel, nous avons erré dans les couloirs en peignoir, c'est finalement la sécurité qui nous a accompagné au SPA, il faudrait revoir les panneaux ..."
