Excellent location right in the centre of Mathew Street. Rooms can get stuffy as window was unable to be opened and also the air conditioning didn't work. Also can get very loud at night due to the area.

The apartment was nice and we liked the view from the 9th floor windows. There were a few things needing repair or maintenance but overall it was a good place. One negative is finding the place was somewhat difficult, it was not well marked.

Found this hotel very welcoming , lovely friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely buffet breakfast, great location right next to lime street station so you can expect a little noise, would certainly book again
