Outside the property is run down with lots of graffiti. The room was large and the bathroom was really nice but bedroom carpet was old shag. The front and lobby was closed and had to use the service elevator through the back grimy part of hotel. For the premium price it was not worth it.

The property is perfectly located to all one would want to do. The staff was amazing. The food options for breakfast were plentiful. The staff is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful with any requests. Highly recommend.

"Several different pools spread across the resort making it nice to discover for the kids. Beautiful surroundings. Only 2 restaurant options nearby if you do not opt for all inclusive, making it a bit boring. Rooms are not in great shape anymore, but do their job and are quite spacious and AC works ..."
