The property was fabulous, if you are driving I would suggest contacting the hotel to reserve parking, but I was able to find a spot on the street but it can be a little hit or miss.

I tried to contact the property numerous times, by text and phone calls, no answer and no reply. I tried to cancel my reservation as France was having a 108°F. 42°C heatwave. The property has no air conditioning, which I knew, but being a deathly record high heatwave there was no way we could have been remotely comfortable. I couldn't cancel. We had to make last minute change of plans for a hotel with air conditioning. The next morning I received a notice that I was billed for the room. Extremely disappointed in the communication and lack of response to my texts.

We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout.

"La gérante de l’hôtel est sympathique et très aidante, tout est très bien entretenu et même si l’hôtel est un peu excentré du village il y a juste à côté un carrefour et la Cabane (très bonne pizza à emporter)"
