Viewpoint at Bois D'arc Lake

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean and cozy property. My two brothers and I enjoyed the stay and really appreciated how close the property is to the boat ramp at Bois d’Arc lake. We had dinner on the square in downtown Bonham, which was only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend the property. For anyone pulling a boat, you might want to consider backing your boat up the driveway when you arrive. A little tight turning my 20’ bass boat around to exit the driveway. Not impossible, just a little tight. Had I backed up into the driveway I would have had no trouble when ready to exit the property. Minor issue, just something to consider."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonham by IHG

8/10 Good

"We arrived around 2PM and they had no rooms cleaned and had to wait on a room which turned out to be an handicap room. Disappointing, as the other couple we were traveling with arrived before we did and were upgraded to a suite. I paid for both of the rooms on the reservation. We were in town to attend a wedding at 4 PM so couldn't wait for another room. Other than that everything was fine."

Bailey Inglish Suite • Private Balcony

10/10 Excellent

"It's an antique home in a rural area, which put my expectations pretty low. However, they had spacious rooms, with a pleasant vibe and decorations. The bed was comfortable and the jetted tub was actually clean. I have had one of those in the past and can say that's no mean feat. My Biggest plus was the internet. I have to download and view lots of files for my work, and the bandwidth and speed was more than enough. My only regret is not being able to stay late enough to check out the breakfast, as I'm told it is wonderful. I will hopefully be returning to bonham in the future and staying here."

Lakeview Oasis

10/10 Excellent

"Bryan gave us great information about the property and things to see and do there. The Lakeview cabin is clean and the views of sunrise on the lake and stars at night was amazing. It was a quiet and peaceful get away just as we were hoping for. They provide everything we needed. We got clear instructions and expectations about the cabin. The 2 cabins are close but separated by trees and brush and you feel secluded. When we are back in that part of Texas we will stay there for sure or try the Magnolia cabin beside it."
