Villa Rosa, 4-star romantic holiday villa, 50 meters to the sea, 80 meters to the beach, luxury beach vacation, two double rooms and one single room and two additional beds in the living room. Furnished with special care and attention to detail. High quality mattress. Combination of modern living rooms and romantic bedrooms equipped with handmade wrought iron and oak furniture and high gloss oak parquet. Suitable for up to 5 people. Two bathrooms and a toilet with a sink. Three air conditioners, three televisions. Wi-Fi included. Terrace with garden and grill. Parking (jetty) for the boat possible. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, hair dryer, iron. No traffic noise, away from the street. Due to the geographical location (secluded bay and shallow sea) and the climate (consistently a pleasant sea temperature), the bathing season in Soline Bay begins at the beginning of spring and lasts until late autumn - another valuable part of the tourist offer in this area. Sea in the Cizici is particularly suitable for children. Underfloor heating in winter and is therefore suitable for all year round, especially in spring vacation, autumn vacation and also winter vacation.
