Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (8 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, hot tub (all included), trampoline, roof terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Čižići" 3.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
