Holiday house for 4 - 5 persons in Kras, island Krk. It has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area. Outdoor there is a covered terrace with dining area, heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, all surrounded with nature and beautiful greenery. An ideal choice for families with children, located in a peaceful location but only 5 - 10 minutes to bigger cities and beautiful beaches. WiFi, air conditioning, parking spot provided and included in the rental price.The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.

Kras

Kras is a village of the island of Krk, located in the Dobrinj municipality. It is approximately equally distant from the coastal settlements of Malinska, Šilo and Vrbnik - a short drive away. There are 227 inhabitants in the Kras area.
Kras was first mentioned in 1230. In the past it was a larger and more populated place (over 700 inhabitants in the first half of the 20th century), but the population decreased with emigration from the island.

Die Gastgeberin Dijana und Ihre Familie waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und fürsorgevoll. Es begann mit einem warmherzigen Empfang. Sie hatten tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt, kümmerten sich stets unaufdringlich um unser Wohl. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und geräumig, bequem für 3-4 Personen. Auch die Auenanlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt in alle Himmelsrichtungen der Insel. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt - es ist sehr empfehlenswert!

- Die Größe war für eine 4 köpfige Familie ideal - Ruhige aber zentrale Lage (in 30 Min. ist man an jedem Ort auf der Insel) - Poolbereich - Bequeme Liegen am Pool - Grillmöglichkeit - Ausstattung der Küche, Bäder usw. mit allen erdenklichen Sachen - Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie

Major-league holiday!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, was wir sehr genossen haben. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der durch die dichte Hecke nicht einsehbar ist. Privatsphäre pur. Wir haben dort eine tolle Woche mit den Kindern verbracht. Wir sind erst nachmittags an verschiede Strände gefahren, dann waren diese auch nicht mehr so voll. Alles mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dijana und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen.

Das Wichtigste: Leider gibt es nur 5 Sterne, wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 vergeben. Die Gastgeber: super nett, sympathisch, in jeder Hinsicht zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, absolut diskret und auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste bedacht. Das Haus: Ein Traum. Wie auf den Fotos und im Text beschrieben, wobei es in der Realität einfach noch schöner ist, vor allem der geile, große und uneinsehbare Pool (mein bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort). Die Ausstattung: Komplett, alles da was man braucht, u.a. auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Sogar Sachen, die man wahrscheinlich eher nicht braucht, wie ein Bügeleisen. Die Lage: Für mich mit ein Grund der Buchung, die Ruhe. Etwas abseits, aber viele schöne Strände innerhalb von 15 - 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation zwischen Tomislav/Dijana war super, auch schon bereits vor der Fahrt hatten wir herzlichen Kontakt. Dies war mein 6. Urlaub in Kroatien, aber der mit Abstand schönste! Bleibt mir nur noch eines zu sagen: Wir werden uns wiedersehen!

Major-league holiday!

Moderne woning met een heerlijk zwembad. Ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts die heel snel adequaat reageren op appjes. Zij willen je het echt naar de zin maken. Het zwembad is de belangrijkste troef, heerlijk ruim met luxe ligbedden en parasols. Binnenruimtes zijn ook prima, met een airco op de boven en beneden verdieping. Op de boven verdieping hangt die op de grote slaapkamer, daardoor wordt de kleinere slaapkamer niet optimaal gekoeld. Het huis is mooi en stijlvol ingericht en echt alles is aanwezig in ruime mate. Het huis is midden op het eiland Krk gelegen en vanuit hier is het hele eiland in maximaal een half uur te berijden. Een absolute aanrader.

Wir können dieses Haus und vor allem die Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen! Dijana und ihr Mann waren von Beginn an extra bemüht und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Das Haus und die Aussenanlage ist total liebevoll dekoriert und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir hatten ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter, gerade dann ist es auch wichtig,das man sich einfach wie zu Hause fühlt! Es ist alles vorhanden, wenn nicht sogar mehr :) der Pool ist rundum nicht einsehbar, und daher ist man wirklich komplett ungestört. Toll finde ich auch, das hier auf Mülltrennung wert gelegt wird! Liebe Dijana, danke für die tolle Zeit und deine Unterstützung! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus wir haben den Garten, den Pool und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft und die Herzlichkeit die uns die Gastgeber entgegen gebracht haben war kaum zu übertreffen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
