The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. **Location** Šilo. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is located in Šilo, 100 m from the sea. This beautiful, newly renovated stone house offers a luxurious holiday near the sea. The house and the apartment are very well maintained and modernly furnished.
