The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor, which is accessed via an exterior staircase. On the ground floor, you will find a dining room complete with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower with WC, and a direct exit to the terrace. The kitchen on this level is fitted with a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning welcomes you before opening into a bright living room furnished with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV, also with access to the terrace. The open kitchen on this level is equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, 2 gas rings, and a freezer. The first bedroom on the upper floor contains 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
