"Excellent location; good access to public transport to almost all parts of the city. Friendly staff, ready to assist you 24 /7. The room they allocated to me, the carpet wS completely wet and smells humidity. I went to reception and they changed the room but with to single beds and it was uncomfortable ..."

"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) ..."
