"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Absolutely lovely house with stunning views and sunsets, with plenty to do in all weathers. Would have loved to have stayed longer and will try and be back in the not too far future. The local area has lots of interest with lovely beach to walk and found the best ice cream locally!!"

"Prachtig nieuw huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, in rustig buurtje met mooi uitzicht op zee. Veel ruimte voor groot gezin. Heerlijke dagen met fijne zithoek, grote eettafel, bioscoopje, zwembad, pooltable en sauna. Verbeterpuntjes (maar laat je daardoor niet weerhouden en huis is echt heel nieuw:) whirlpool werkte niet, geen ramen die open kunnen, en tuin en paadjes moeten nog worden afgewerkt :)"

"Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus jedoch sind die 150€ für die Endreinigung nicht angebracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich stand auf Vollgas (Verbrauchskosten werden extra berechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen), völlig verschäumt und grün. Im Haus gab es ebenfalls einige Mängel. Abgebrochene Türstopper, lose Klobrille usw. Ich habe mich den Tag nach der Anreise telefonisch bei Novasol beschwert. Am Telefon wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass...

"rigtig hyggeligt og godt indrettet lille hus.Dejligt stort badeværelse med godt lys. Gode senge. Gode møbler i stuen og super dejligt med store vinduespartier, der giver mulighed for at studere småfugle-egern m.v. på grunden. Og der er rigtig mange småfugle - også den sjældne grønspætte. "Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, jedoch ist die Küche deutlich älter, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Eine nette Überraschung war die Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, entsprechend gibt es viele Insekten. Nach dem Abwasch hat es stark nach Abwasser gerochen, hat nach Benutzung der Dusche aufgehört. Wir waren zufrieden, Luxus darf man aber nicht erwarten."

"Baby crib did not have a mattress, we were provided a few smelly blankets, one of them with yellow spots. No black out curtains, which made sleeping during the summer very difficult. The floor carpet seemed very old and difficult to clean. No air conditioner. However, the staff was friendly and the location and view were beautiful. We this it was a bit overpriced. "
