Villa agréable et calme
Villa très agréable et calme. Très bien située pour les visites et balades. Un petit bémol sur l'eau de la piscine fraîche. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très très bon séjour dans votre villa. Nous avons passé un moment en famille au calme. Très bon emplacement de la maison. Nous avons facilement trouvé grâce au plan qui nous avait été envoyé avant notre séjour. Maison très bien pour accueillir une famille avec enfants. La piscine est très propre et agréable et en plus sécurisée grâce à la grille. Nous sommes tous ravis de nos vacances à Djerba dans cette maison.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Leider hatten wir jedoch einige Probleme mit dem Hausmeister. Objekt war bei unserer Anreise nicht gereinigt (laut Aussage Hausmeister hätte er es vorher gereinigt), zwei Klimaanlagen defekt und wir mussten auf den Hausmeister (trotz Anruf) für die Schlüsselübergabe längere Zeit warten. Klimaanlage wurde erst am 3. Tag repariert. Hatten das Objekt für 8 Personen gemietet, es waren aber nur 6 Betten mit Bettwäsche versehen. Hausmeister war der Meinung wir hätten nur für 6 Personen gebucht und mit meinem Mann (Tunesier) darüber sehr laut stark diskutiert. Erst als wir ihm den Vertrag zeigten, zeigte auch er Einsicht. Frauen wurden von ihm grundsätzlich nicht begrüßt, was mir so zum ersten Mal passiert ist.
Ich hoffe die Besitzer des Objektes wechseln den Hausmeister, damit alle Gäste das sehr schöne Objekt genießen können.

Komplett eingerichtetes Häuschen in der Nähe vom Strand
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal hier und können uns nur positiv äußern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt hervorragend; alles sehr zuverlässig. Das Häuschen an sich ist gut geeignet für einige Personen durch einen großen Außenbereich. Es war bei der Ankunft alles sauber und auch der Garten gepflegt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und für alles in Küche und Badezimmern gesorgt. Wir haben eine neue Lampe im Badezimmer gebraucht, die uns am selben Tag vom Verwalter vorbeigebracht wurde. Dieser hatte leider vor der Übergabe vergessen, die Gasflasche zu wechseln, sodass wir am ersten Abend kein Gas zum Kochen hatten. Man konnte Gas aber überall in der Nähe für wenig Geld selbst besorgen. Es gab außerdem ein Problem mit der Pumpe im Schwimmbad, sodass dieses während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar war. Darüber wurden wir aber bereits vor unserer Ankunft informiert. Das Meer ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Ende Oktober noch warm genug zum Schwimmen. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen, kleinen Straße gelegen. Man hat nur 2 Nachbarn und ist somit ungestört. Wenn man ein Tierfrund ist, hat man gleich noch 4 nette Katzen bei der Unterkunft dabei. Diese scheinen an das Haus und die Mieter sehr gewöhnt zu sein.
Alles in allem... eine sehr gute Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis. Danke dafür
