"Getting to this accommodation for the first time is confusing, so I’d suggest doing some pre work as cars cannot physically drop you off in front of this hotel. Architecturally the building is stunning, however, the amenities in the room is very outdated. Our minibar fridge was not working, bottled water was not provided and the breakfast area was not very clear. Housekeeping could’ve done a better job as we had 2 travellers, over only one set of robes and slippers were provided. The pillows in our room had pilling and hair that was not ours. There is potential for this hotel to be so much better and hope that management improves the customer experience"

"room was wonderful as well as dinner at the rooftop restaurant.... breakfast was OK....same offerings every day.... eggs were good, but buffet was fair....the pool has no real seating around it...more lounges would be nice....staff is fist class in hotel and rooftop restaurant... we left the fine restaurant.... no English menu and Google translate wasn't helpful...waiter was rude...the tub and showers area in the room needs new ,clean grout....the hammem was clean and we enjoyed our treatments....all in all a lovely stay...."

"The room was very clean with good shower and most of all the air conditioning worked as it was very hot in Tunis. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast can be busy, also the breakfast was decent, it was enough to get me through the day. Also the hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions."

"This place is a boutique hotel with a lot of class, very modern, beautiful rooms, and very clean. I had dinner at the café, which was excellent and they provided a large spread of breakfast items., I needed to check out to meet a group at a different hotel, and they were very helpful and calling a taxi and helping me out with my luggage. The area surrounding the hotel was walkable, and the buildings were old and beautiful. I came solo and felt very safe walking the streets."

"Very practical and luxurious layout of the fully equipped apartment suite: large fridge freezer with ice tray and complementary bottles of water, eggs, butter, tinned fish and harissa, bread biscuits and crisps, teas, sugars; kitchen sink with dish washing liquid and kit, microwave, electric cooker; large separate shower and bath; large wardrobes with generous supply of towels, robes, with hair dryer, ironing board and iron; large separate sitting and dining areas as well as access to private balcony. The strawberry smoothie juice was amazing! Most importantly - excellent air conditioning and right inside the Medina."
