It's a new family run guesthouse just opened. Some small things are still under renovation in the house. But in some days I think will be ready. It's so calm the area and the family is helpful. The room is huge and the mattress is so good!

İşletmenin otel olarak tanıtılması yanıltıcı. Gerçekte bir evin odaları otel odası gibi kiralanıyor ve temel konaklama standartlarını karşılamıyor. Saat 18:30’da vardığımızda kapı kapalıydı ve görevli yoktu. İşletme sahibini aradığımızda birini yönlendireceğini söyledi. Yan işletmenin personeli gelip bizi odaya çıkardı. Ancak tahsis edilen oda hazır değildi; nevresim ve yatak örtüsü serilmemişti, oda kirliydi ve anahtarı bile yoktu. Durumu ilettiğimizde sorunu çözmek yerine lastikli çarşaf serdirip odayı teslim etmeye çalıştı. Kabul etmeyince yeni oda hazırlanacağını söyledi. Daha sonra kendisini tekrar aradığımda telefonumu açmadı, ancak personelin telefonundan ulaşabildim. 15 dakika içinde geleceğini söylemesine rağmen yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik. Geldiğinde çeşitli bahaneler üretti ve yaşanan mağduriyet nedeniyle ücret iadesi yapılacağını söyledi, ancak bu sözünü yerine getirmedi. Yeni odayı hazırlamaya başladı. Anahtarı alıp yemeğe çıktık. Yaklaşık 1,5 saat sonra döndüğümüzde yeni odada da durum farklı değildi. Tuvalette sabun yoktu, klozet üzerinde idrar kalıntıları vardı ve çarşaf serilmiş olmasına rağmen nevresim hâlâ yoktu. 3 yaşındaki çocuğumuz için verilen beşik ise ancak 1 yaşındaki bir çocuk için uygun büyüklükteydi. Resepsiyona sonradan gelen görevli olmayan temizlik personelini suçladı. Nevresim ancak 23:00’te geldi. Çocuğumuzu aramızda yatırmak zorunda kaldık. Son derece kötü bir deneyimdi. Sabah ilk fırsatta tesisten ayrıldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Yeni bir işletme. Ufak tefek eksikler var fakat temizlik konusunda müthiş bir yer bence. Personel aşırı derece ilgili. Tüm isteklerimizi anında karşıladılar.Konum olarak sur’un tam kalbinde , heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Bir sonra ki seyahatimde tekrar tercih edeceğim bir işletme olacak.

Cokta bir sey beklemeyin derim dort duvar bir oda yatak var icinde oda yatak buyuklugunde baska da bir sey yok yer tenha biraz otele de benzemiyor odalari bolup otel odasi yapmislar gece ucaktan indigimiz icin sadece uyumak icin kullandik sabah uyandigimiz gibi ciktik temizdi ama tek olumlu yani
