"I checked in on the wrong date at Towneplace Suites. They told me I could still check in they would just need the payment from Hotels.com. I had paid online so I didn’t want to pay twice. I was on the phone 3 different times with supervisors trying to get the payment sent through. Thanks to the patient ladies who worked the front desk. The overnight attendant showed up before midnight. She took charge of the situation and had us in a room. The process took almost 3 hours. The stay was great....

"Oh what a find. This is so much fun. Outside listening to the frogs right now. The only improvement may be to wash the gable windows upstairs to get an even better view. We will be staying here from now on between Texas and Florida drive. Thanks so much for the incredible vacation."
