This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The condomium was beautiful, loved the large shower with built in steamer. The picture and reviews are accurate. We will for sure be coming back to stay again in the future.
We also enjoyed the spa with sauna, steam room, 2 indoor pools and 2 hot tubs( one inside and one outside) .

Check in was not easy staff was not that helpful! Room was ok but trash cans had not been empty! WiFi was a problem and staff was little help! Place had no ice machine and no place to store ice if there was!

Please was okay. Having a stroller was a challenge. Place is not very easily accurate with stairs everywhere. Steam room in the gym never worked which was disappointing.
