La literie des lits jumeaux est très inconfortable, peut-ĂŞtre pas adaptĂ©e pour des adultes, literie du lit de 160 plutĂ´t ferme. Baignoire dangereuse car pas de tapis antidĂ©rapant, on a glissĂ© plusieurs fois risquĂ© d’accident. Enfin le mĂ©nage moyen car beaucoup de toiles d’araignĂ©es au plafond. It's in an idyllic location with a great walking path around the estuary, over to Cabourg and along to Houlgate. The garden areas were a bonus with a large awning over the terrace overlooking the estuary, and the communal pool was lovely. The welcome arrangement were efficient. The beds were very comfortable and bedding kits were fresh and crisp (although some guests didn't like the square pillows). Living accommodation is great for four adults or a family, but would be less comfortable for six adults. The kitchen is small but has all the appliances needed for self-catering. This is quite difficult to find around Cabourg so is a real bonus. However, much of the kitchen equipment is old and could do with a refresh. The bathroom was a good size, shower room very small, but both are in need of an update. All sanitary ware needs a deep clean and decalcification – it was impossible to get the tiles/bath/sinks properly clean and the shower head sprayed in a number of unwanted directions! The cottage had not been professionally cleaned recently – hair collected in the corners of the bathroom; crumbs on the dining room table under the table mats. This is often a problem where cleaning is an added extra as guests don't want to pay extra, but then don't really want to clean thoroughly before they leave. For location, facilities and comfort (and a garage to park in) I would recommend this cottage, but it is a little tired – with a refresh and deep clean I'd give it five stars. ##### Stephanie B. Location bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Vue de la terrasse sur la Dive vraiment Ă©patante. On peut jouer aux boules juste devant le jardin, soleil couchant, gĂ©nial ! Petit bĂ©mol Ă©ventuel : maison entourĂ©e d'autres maisons en location Ă  droite et Ă  gauche. Pour nous ça a Ă©tĂ© car les parents des enfants faisaient rĂ©gner une certaine discipline, et c'Ă©tait donc assez calme. Mais en cas d'enfants ou d'ados bruyants, ça pourrait vite virer au problème ...
