Covering an area of approximately 62m², the apartment offers a large 22m² living room with open fitted kitchen (fridge, 2 hotplates, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher), opening onto a large terrace in front of the marina.  
3 bedrooms are available: one on the ground floor (with 90x200 bunk beds) and two upstairs (one with a 160x200 double bed and the other with 80x200 twin beds).  
Upstairs bathroom (with shower, small bath, washing machine and WCs), and separate WCs on the ground floor. Outdoor parking space at your disposal.  
Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Séjour reposant dans une résidence très calme avec peu de passage. Appartement très bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur le port. La terrasse est suffisamment grande. Un emplacement de parking privatif est également à disposition.
