Wonderful holiday.

We have stayed in Port Guillaume before and love the area. Our appartment this time had all we needed. Comfortable seating and beds and a lovely balcony where we had our meals. We eould love to return.

The apartment is very well appointed, with a lovely dual aspect. Lots of space and the kitchen area is well maintained. Beds very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. A very minor criticism is that the dvd player is very old and quite noisy. Unfortunately our French is not of a standard to be able to watch the tv so we did rely on our dvds in the evening and we had to turn the sound up to block out the whirring!!

Appartement très bien agencé et très bien distribué. Nous avons beaucoup profité des balcons avec vue directe sur le port de plaisance. Tout l'équipement, vaisselle, verres sont également au rendez-vous. On a l'impression d'être "à la maison". Nous le recommandons vivement et y reviendrons volontiers.

Appartement moyen suggéré pour 6 personnes. Afin de convenir pour un tel nombre il faudrait un frigidaire plus grand de même pour le téléviseur qui de très petite taille dont la télécommande ne fonctionne que pas intermittence Il faudrait être plus stricte pour le ménage (poussière sur les meubles) Moisissures dans la salle de bain ainsi que le rideau de douche de mauvaise qualité qui colle au corps. Manque séchoir pour étendre le linge. et une cocotte.

appartement calme et bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Cabourg à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la grand rue commerçante de Cabourg. les supermarchés sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Vue sur le petit port de Dives sur Mer depuis la terrasse très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Parking privatif en sous-sol. L'équipe d'Interhome qui gère la location est aussi très agréable.

Cet appartement est très bien placé bien équipé en vaisselle .La cafetiere ne fonctionne pas bien. Il manquait une partie d un volet travaux de ravalement en cours et le ménage laisse à désirer poubelle salle de bain pleine et poussière et mouchoirs sous les lits dommage, nous l avons signalé à l agence .Maintenant nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nice, small appartment.

Nice appartment on a very good location in Normandy. It is very small for 4 persons though. Not very well cleaned. At the reception they should give more information about how to get to the appartment because it is very hard to find since you don’t get a housenumber and the avenue runs all along the harbour.

Très belle vue et calme

Séjour de trois semaines avec deux enfants A notre avis, les plus : - jolie vue sur le port - restaurants à proximité et cadre agréable - environnement très calme (résidence et extérieur) - appartement fonctionnel - la marche jusqu'à la plage est agréable et se fait facilement Les moins : - la propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer - aspirateur cassé, inutilisable, et aération d'une fenêtre de la chambre principale cassée, ce qui laissait passer de l'air froid (points signalés à l'agence) - réfrigérateur de petite contenance pour un long séjour - matelas du grand lit très mou Globalement nous avons apprécié l'appartement et notre séjour.

L'annonce d'un appartement à Cabourg mais en réalité l'appartement se trouve à Dives-sur-mer !!!! J'ai loué cet appartement la dernière semaine du mois de juin 2021, c'est calme, la vue est magnifique, cependant le ménage est mal faite, l'appartement se trouve avec pas mal de poussière. J'ai du passer mon temps pour le ménage avant d'être installé

Vue superbe mais déçus

L’appartement est très bien situe et bien équipé par contre qu’elle déception sur les prestations. Le ménage n’a pas dû être fait avant notre arrivée malgré la période de confinement, donc il ne fallait pas regarder dans les coins, la table à manger à un pied cassé donc inutilisable, la literie est à revoir, les portes des placards coulissants s’ouvrent très difficilement, l’aspirateur est en kit donc un peu de rafraîchissement général ferait le plus grand bien à cet appartement.

Bonne situation, vue sur le port. Cependant, table de salle à manger inutilisable, car l'un des pieds est cassé. Avons du se contenter du salon extérieur! La chasse d'eau met environ dix minutes à se remplir, problème signalé à l'agence.

l'immeuble est très bien situé, mais l'intérieur de l'appartement est très moyen. Le réservoir des wc se remplie au compte goutte et fuit légèrement . Un pied de table pliante du séjour est cassé se qui ne permet pas de la déployer entièrement, donc nous avons mangé à 4 sur une demi table. Une fenêtre de la chambre, avec grand lit, ne ferme pas entièrement ce qui laisse passer de l'air, en été cela doit être agréable, mais début mars avec vent glaciale ce n'est pas du tout agréable

En effet, je n'ai pas été déçu par la vue sur le port ce qui était la raison de ma réservation. De ce côté, parfait ! -Pas d'accès au parking sous terrain par l'intérieur (car une porte d'accès est fermée et vous n'en avez pas la clé), il vous faut accéder par l'accès voiture -Les couloirs d'accès aux appartements semblent être des locaux techniques, aucune pancarte ! - les toilettes se remplissent extrêmement lentement, difficile de croire que personne ne l'ait signalé

Séjour en famille: plages du débarquement, Etretat, mer, tranquillité et farniente

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. La vue est magnifique, le quartier est calme. La propriété est proche des commerces et de la plage en passant par la passerelle. Le seul bémol est le réfrigérateur trop petit. Le personnel de l'agence est attentionné et réactif. Nous vous recommandons ce logement et le mini-golf sur le front de mer côté Cabourg.
