I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception. The AC unit made a noise like it was gonna break, the balcony was dirty, Reception opened at 8am. Breakfast was at 8 am which was a little late for me. And no outside food allowed. I have a toddler and was really looking forward to the pool area but unable to use it. Very unhappy with this stay. Even for check out there was no receptionist to take the key. Had to leave it with a security guy because I had to leave (plane to catch).

"A good place to stay, with a good breakfast buffet. One thing I did not like much, was the air conditioning unit placed next to the bed and the air blows directly at you when in bed. It has a fixed venting, and they should consider to replace it with an oscillating system. Uncomfortable during sleep ..."
