In the house: central heating system. 500 m long narrow motor access to the house. Single garage at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Segnas, casa da scola" 700 m, railway station "Segnas" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, tennis 3 km, cable car 2 km, ski lift 2 km, ski bus stop 800 m, ski school 2 km. The piste to the valley cable station can also be reached by ski.

Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, kettle). Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber komfortabel. Mit 6 Personen wird es wahrscheinlich etwas eng - wir haben hier zu zweit 3 angenehme Wochen verbracht. Es ist ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Die Matterhorn-Gotthardt-Bahn hält ca. 1 km vom Haus entfernt, damit kommt man auch ohne Auto zum Beispiel nach Andermatt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (für 6 Personen ist der Kühlschrank wahrscheinlich etwas klein), es ist auch sonst alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren 3 Wochen hier, zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Die Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn hat einen Halt ca. 900 m entfernt (den Berg runter). Damit ist man schnell auch auf dem Oberalppass oder in Andermatt (Nachts kein Problem, da die letzte Fahrt gegen 19 Uhr ist). Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann viele Wanderungen direkt von hier aus starten. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei. Es hat viel Wiese um das Haus, was toll für den Hund war. Es hat eine gutes Restaurant im Ort. Die Bergbahn ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Zugverbindungen sind auch ok. Wir haben das Auto nicht viel gebraucht. Einkaufen kann man in Disentis dort hat es einen Coop, Volg und Spar.

Das Haus hat den Erwartungen entsprochen. Klein aber fein, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. Die Betten (Matratzen) waren sehr bequem. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt.

In der Küche eher ältere Einrichtung und keine Spülmaschine. Haus und Betten sind ok. Keine Ersatzbettwäsche für den Notfall vorhanden. Küchenwäsche spärlich, hat gereicht. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Terrassenmöbel sind gut. Lage ist abgelegen aber schön.

Älteres Mobiliar aber sauber & gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem und es hat auch Gesellschaftsspiele, DVD und Bücher. Wir hatten viel Schnee und konnten somit gleich neben dem Haus auf die Bretter und die Talabfahrt nutzen. Wir fühlten uns wohl!

Tolles, gemütliches, sauberes Haus. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Eine grosse Wiese und ein Bach hinterm Haus laden Kinder zum Spielen ein. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Die Verwalter sehr unkompliziert.

gemütlich und ruhig

Bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage. Die Heizung war etwas zu tief eingestellt bei der Ankunft, konnte man aber einfach am Radiator einstellen. Die Küche ist alt und klein aber zweckmässig um Frühstück oder kleinere Menüs zubereiten zu können. Die Lage an der Talabfahrt ist perfekt und führt zur Gondelbahn, aber der erste Teil der Talabfahrt (ca 300-400m) ist schwarze Piste und könnte für Anfänger zum Handycap werden. Auto empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Skiferien!

Familie mit Hund

Unterkunft ist mit Hund sehr geeignet. Leider ist das Haus etwas kühl, da die Fenster ersetzt werden müssten! Tip Wolldecken und einen kleinen Heizstrahler mitnehmen!
