Die Betten, Matratzen, Möbel, Teppich, das Geschirr etc. sind ziemlich veraltet. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht, dadurch musste nach jeder Mahlzeit abgewaschen werden, da 6 Tellner ect, nicht für 2 Mahlzeiten reichten. Die Mietkosten waren unter diesen Umständen zu hoch.
