The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. I had opted for the AP plan (All meals included – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was rich in flavour, generously portioned, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully served, making dining a real highlight of the stay. The lavatory was relatively very small, and room cleanliness has to be improved. Other than this, the overall stay was truly excellent. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays.
