Cocoonr offers this charming 90 m² duplex flat for rent in Dinard, 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 47 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 47 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Shower room and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 11 m² balcony, facing south-east, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Enjoy the seaside: walks on the beaches, coastal paths and views of the Emerald Coast
- City walks: Dinard town centre, old villas, narrow streets and a seaside resort atmosphere
- Nature and relaxation: parks, gardens and green areas to walk, read or picnic in peace and quiet
