Bon emplacement

Situé dans un quartier calme avec de belles villas à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à quelques pas des plages, ce logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillots et demanderaient un rafraichissement (vis et chevilles apparents sur les murs notamment) mais rien de bien grave.

Het appartement was prima, niet alles was perfect, maar we hebben er leuk en naar tevredenheid in kunnen verblijven. Bed zou iets beter kunnen zijn. Bad wat oud, maar was te doen en douchstraal TE zwak. Serviesgoed was niet allemaal goed afgewassen. Leuk dat er een balkon was, prima uitzicht op de mooie huizen. Het is een mooie rustige omgeving. Geen last van medebewoners. Als we weer in deze omgeving van Bretagne zouden komen, dan zouden we het best weer willen boeken.

Très joli appartement, bien situé, calme, sécurisé par digicode, mais avec un couchage médiocre dû au matelas du canapé de faible épaisseur qui a déclenché un rendez-vous chez l'ostéopathe !

Cet appartement est très bien situé et au calme. Le confort reste cependant moyen. Literie au matelas inconfortable, salle de bain spartiate. Placards remplis des affaires du propriétaire donc aucun rangement possible. Propreté moyenne.

On est ravis de notre séjour das ce superbe appartement tout équiper en ville avec toute les commodités aux alentours dans cette belle ville de Dinard. a refaire on le recommande,a voir toute les visites dans les environs.

Location agréable près de la mer

Location parfaite pour deux, au calme, avec un petit balcon. Très propre et bien équipé, mise à part la télévision, un peu antique ! Le couchage (canapé-lit) est spacieux mais on sent un peu trop les ressorts quand on bouge. L'emplacement de la location est parfait, dans un quartier agréable et prisé, à deux pas de la mer. Stationnement sur la propriété (très pratique).

Appartement très bien placé, très propre mais très vieillot. Literie mauvaise, aucune place pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain et portes d'armoire qui se "dégondent".

Location agréable proche plage

Très bien pour deux ou trois personnes avec un balcon et un parking privé. Vue dégagée avec la mer et le formidable sentier côtier à 5 mn à pied. Tous les services du centre ville sont aussi facilement accessibles sans utiliser la voiture,ambiance tranquille.
