  • The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this attractive 17th century half-timbered house in the heart of the historic center of Dinan, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels, sheets and wifi included, we're waiting for you!

    The house is composed as follows:
    First floor:
    - Living room with armchairs, coffee table and TV
    - Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.
    Second floor:
    - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers.
    - Bathroom with shower and WC
    Second floor :

Beautiful house in Dinan

Beautiful 2 bedroom house! It is so cute that many people walking by would stop to take pictures. Inside was immaculate and nicely furnished. The host and owner was wonderful helping us with stupid “user error” issues. FREE parking card was extremely helpful! You can tell the owner/host cared deeply about her place.

LA BELLE A COLOMBAGE "A beautiful house in a beautiful town. 🙂 The location is wonderful, around the corner from Dinan's beautiful Old Town. It is a very comfortable house and although I thought it small on arrival it had everything we could possibly require. It is a very pretty little house inside and out. The stairs might be difficult for small children or people with mobility issues but once we got used to it it was no problem. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking accessory you can imagine. We got very fond of this house and were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this house. 🙁 Clearer instructions on the key box itself. Maybe a shelf unit in the kitchen for visitor's food etc. as we stacked our items on a small piece of the counter. A long mirror to check yourself in would be nice. A welcome brochure with instructions on the car parking etc would be appreciated."

Cute two bedroom apartment in the heart of dinan - check in poor

The house is gorgeous. It’s been renovated to a nice level while keeping the character of this traditional building . The stairs between each floor are very tight, so may be an issue if you are older or have very young children. The ground floor is the kitchen and living space, quite small but big enough for 3 people. The 1st floor has the main bedroom and bathroom with the whole top floor having two single beds and views of the cathedral. Excellent location , just off the Main Street of old Dinan. Very easy to walk everywhere . Was mostly quiet except for a few loud people walking by. Parking pass was convenient to have to access local parking garage. This property is run by an agency. Communication was fine until we requested the access code 1 day prior. We were advised to complete an arrivals form and someone would meet us at this time at the property. No one was there and we could not reach the local number. In the end we had the local tourism office call them for us and were given the access code over the phone, no one was planning on seeing us there. 2 hours after our check in time we were in and only then did we receive the access code via email. Really poor level of service especially from a company who solely manage rentals. The Local contact was fine and was annoyed as well that they didn’t send the code. If you book here, you’ll have a lovely time but don’t head there until they give you the code.

Perfect location, parking was very easy with the free parking permit. My advice is to pull up outside the property, pick up the free parking permit. Scan on the way in to the car park and on the way out. (Car park Hotel de ville)"

Superb location and accommodation

The house was in the most central location possible. Everything was within walking distance, in fact we didn't move the car all week as there were so many interesting places to visit within Dinan. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend although the stairs could be tricky for the more mature guest or those with a mobility issue, they were steep and narrow, we are in our 60's and had no problem with them

Delightful *after* check-in

Lovely property with everything needed for a short, pleasant stay in Dinan during the off season. The parking pass was especially appreciated. Unfortunately, the check-in process was needlessly unpleasant. Despite providing my arrival time in the booking and emailing to confirm, the indicated person was not available when I arrived and did not answer repeated phone calls. After calling VRBO, I waited half an hour in the rain for someone to arrive, only to have the check-in person finally call me with instructions to get the key from the lockbox -- something that could *easily* have been provided in the booking instructions.

Couple avec 2 enfants (10 et 13), nous avons loué cette très jolie maison sur un week-end pour découvrir Dinan.La maison est très bien située pour profiter du coeur historique piéton, près de l'église Saint-Malo, tout en étant dans une rue calme.Le grand parking de la mairie est seulement à 2 pas.Nous avons pu arriver tard le vendredi grâce à la boîte à clefs.La maison était impeccable et très bien équipée.

LA BELLE A COLOMBAGE Très bel endroit à Dinan. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des restaurants, boulangerie et autres magasins. Nous avons également apprécié la carte de stationnement qui permet de garer la voiture gratuitement à 3 minutes à pieds du logis. Les escaliers peuvent être un peu raide pour des personnes plus âgées. Nous avions eu un problème de connexion au wifi et la propriétaire était très disponible pour venir réparer ça.

LA BELLE A COLOMBAGE Très belle maison idéalement située avec 2 chambres spacieuses. Très propre et bien décorée. Tout est neuf et de qualité. Il manque toutefois des doubles-rideaux dans la chambre supérieure et quelques ustensiles de cuisine qui seraient fort utiles : louche ou grande cuillère, écumoire. Une notice papier pour expliquer le fonctionnement (notamment de la carte d'abonnement pour le parking) serait la bienvenue. Je confirme que l'escalier pour accéder aux étages est très ardu ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Le parking de l'hôtel de ville est très proche et très pratique avec la carte liée à la location. La Belle à Colombage est très photographiée par les touristes ! 🙁 Rien parce que tout était vraiment parfait."
